2257 Compliance Statement — FansGlow

1. Introduction

Although FansGlow is not operated from the United States, we have chosen to comply voluntarily with the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 ("Section 2257"), so far as those requirements can be met under the laws of England and Wales.

2. Content covered by Section 2257

Every model, actor, actress or other person who appears in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct published on or contained within FansGlow was at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time the image was produced. The records required for all such depictions by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 are held on file by our Records Custodian.

3. Content exempt from Section 2257

All other visual depictions appearing on FansGlow are exempt from the requirements of Section 2257 for one or more of the following reasons:

• they do not depict conduct described in 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2)(A)(i)–(iv);
• they do not depict conduct described in 18 U.S.C. § 2257A and were produced after 19 March 2009;
• they do not depict conduct described in 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2)(A)(v) and were produced after 19 March 2009;
• they were created before 3 July 1995; or
• the operator of FansGlow is not a "producer" of the disseminated exempt images within the meaning of 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c).

4. Title of this work

The title of this work is: FansGlow.

5. Inspection of records

All records required by federal law to be maintained in connection with the depictions on FansGlow are available for inspection by authorised inspectors, on reasonable notice, from our Records Custodian at the following location:

6. Reporting concerns

If you believe that any material on FansGlow features a person who was under 18, was produced without consent, or otherwise breaches our Acceptable Use Policy, report it to us immediately at [email protected] so that we can review and act on it.
