How do subscriptions work?
A subscription gives you access to a creator's exclusive content for a set period, usually a month. Each creator sets their own price, and some offer free subscriptions with paid extras. Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price unless you turn off auto-renew before the renewal date. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
How are payments and billing handled?
To subscribe, tip or unlock content you first add a payment card or another accepted method to your account. Subscriptions are charged on a recurring basis; one-off purchases like pay-per-view content and tips are charged immediately. Prices are shown before you confirm, and any applicable tax is added at checkout. You can review your purchases and manage your payment methods from your account settings at any time.
Can I get a refund?
Because content is delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable. If something has genuinely gone wrong — you were charged in error or a creator failed to deliver something you paid for — get in touch and we will look into it. Please raise issues with us rather than filing a chargeback, which can lead to your account being suspended.
How do I become a creator?
Anyone aged 18 or over can apply to become a creator. From your account, switch on creator mode and complete verification: you will be asked to upload a valid government ID and a live selfie so we can confirm your age and identity. Once you are verified, add a payout method, set your subscription price (if any) and start posting. Verification protects you, your fans and the whole community.
How and when do I get paid?
Your earnings — your share of subscriptions, tips and pay-per-view sales after our platform fee — build up in your FansGlow balance. Once your balance reaches the minimum payout amount, you can withdraw it to the payout method on your account. Processing times depend on your provider. Make sure your payout and tax details are accurate and up to date so nothing delays your money.
How do I manage my account and stay secure?
You can update your email, password, payment methods, notification preferences and language from your account settings. Use a strong, unique password and keep your login details private — we will never ask for your password. If you think your account has been accessed by someone else, change your password immediately and contact us. You can delete your account at any time from settings.
What content is allowed, and how do you keep it safe?
FansGlow is for lawful adult content that you own or are licensed to share, featuring only verified, consenting adults aged 18 or over. Content is screened and moderated, and material that breaks our rules is removed. If you ever see something that worries you, use the report option on the content or tell us directly. How do I report a problem or make a complaint?
Use the "Report" option on any post or profile to flag content quickly, or send us the details through our contact form. Formal complaints, including those about content that may be illegal, are handled under our Complaints Policy, which also explains how to appeal a decision.
