Safety & Transparency Center
How FansGlow protects its community: age and identity verification, content moderation, the things we never allow, how to report a problem, and the commitments we hold ourselves to.
Last updated June 2026
FansGlow exists to help creators take charge of their work — and that only works if the platform is safe. Our aim is to run one of the safest services in digital media: one that goes further than the law requires, so that creators and fans can share and enjoy lawful content with as much freedom and control as possible. This Center summarises the main safety measures we operate. Each section is a summary and should be read alongside our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy and Community Guidelines.
Age & identity verification
Every creator completes a government-ID check together with a live selfie match before they can publish or earn. We re-verify whenever signals suggest an account may have changed hands, so that the person behind a profile is always a verified adult.
Content moderation
All uploaded media passes automated screening followed by human review. Content that breaches our Acceptable Use Policy is blocked or removed, and repeated violations result in the account being closed. We use technology, including machine-learning classifiers, to help detect possible violations, and trained moderators make the decisions that matter.
Consent for everyone in the content
Creators must hold documented consent from every person who appears in their content, and everyone featured must be a verified adult aged 18 or over. We provide release forms and a takedown route so that anyone who withdraws consent can have the relevant content removed.
What we never allow
Some content has no place on FansGlow, and we operate a zero-tolerance approach to it:
- Child sexual abuse material. Uploads are screened against industry hash lists, flagged media is reviewed by humans, and confirmed material is removed immediately and reported to the relevant child-protection authorities.
- Non-consensual or unverified content. Anything featuring a person who has not verified their identity and consent is prohibited.
- Hate, harassment and threats. Slurs, threats and dehumanising content are removed under our Acceptable Use Policy, and repeat offenders lose access permanently.
- Fraud, money laundering and other illegal activity. Payments run through regulated providers with identity checks, transaction monitoring and payout limits designed to stop abuse before funds move.
How to report something
If you see content that worries you, use the "Report" option on the post or profile, or send us the details through our contact form. Reports are reviewed quickly, and confirmed violations are actioned without delay. For formal complaints — including content you believe may be illegal — and to learn how to appeal a moderation decision, see our Complaints Policy.
Working with authorities
We cooperate with law enforcement and regulators around the world and respond to valid legal requests in line with our Privacy Policy. Where the law sets out a route to challenge a decision — including under the EU Digital Services Act — we support it, and our Complaints and Appeals processes are open to everyone affected.
Our commitments
Safety is not a feature we add and forget. We commit to:
- verifying every creator's age and identity before they can earn;
- reviewing reports in good faith and acting on confirmed violations quickly;
- respecting consent — and honouring withdrawals of it — for everyone who appears in content;
- protecting your privacy and handling your data responsibly; and
- being open about how we moderate, so you can see what we promise and how we perform against it.
If you have a safety concern that needs a person, email us at [email protected] and we will look into it.
