By using FansGlow you agree to this Acceptable Use Policy. Please read it carefully.
1. About this Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what is and is not permitted on FansGlow and forms part of your agreement with us. Any breach of this Policy may result in the deactivation of your Content, your account, or both. Words defined in our Terms of Service have the same meaning when used here.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
You must not use FansGlow in any way that features, promotes or facilitates any of the following:

- Illegal activity: any conduct that is unlawful — whether real, alleged or role-played — including the exploitation, abuse or harm of anyone under 18, incest, bestiality, necrophilia, rape or sexual assault, and any material or behaviour that promotes terrorism.
- Prohibited items: weapons or controlled substances used in a way that threatens, or could cause, harm to you or to anyone else.
- Hateful conduct: targeting people because of their race, ethnicity, national origin, caste, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, religion, age, disability or disease.
- Abuse or harassment: stalking, doxing or defamation, and the sharing of intimate images that are non-consensual, fake, manipulated or otherwise unauthorised.
- Violence or harm: prohibited role play, objects used in ways likely to cause bodily or mental injury, the absence of express consent, extreme impact, extreme bondage, or self-harm and suicide.
- Prohibited bodily fluids: material featuring urine, excrement or similar bodily fluids.
- Inaccurate information: misleading descriptions of media or of your account details.
- Non-consensual imagery: any explicit image of another person posted without their consent, including images created or altered artificially.
- Public nudity: explicit conduct anywhere the general public is present, or where others could reasonably see it, including in an avatar or header image.
- Prohibited cyber activity: spam, posting other people's personal data, links to external media-storage sites, references to off-platform sites that breach our Terms of Service, or any interference with the software, hardware or network behind FansGlow.
- Copying Content: scraping, downloading, sharing or harvesting information from FansGlow or from any Creator, for any purpose.
- In-person meetings: arranging any transaction or meeting other than a Creator Interaction that takes place on the platform.
- Prohibited commercial activity: selling controlled or regulated items, suggesting that FansGlow endorses you or your Content, or infringing anyone else's intellectual property rights.
3. Reporting a breach
If you come across Content or conduct that breaches this Policy, please report it to us so our moderation team can review it. You can use the report option on the relevant Content, email [email protected], or follow our Complaints Policy.
4. Consequences of breaching this Policy
Where we consider that you have breached this Policy, we may remove the Content in question, restrict features, deactivate your account, withhold Creator Earnings, and — where the law requires it — report the matter to the relevant authorities, in each case as described in our Terms of Service.
